Steven Gitlin

Steven Gitlin is the Vice President of Investor Relations at Karman Space & Defense. Mr. Gitlin brings more than 25 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, and strategic marketing.  In this role, he is responsible for leading Karman’s investor relations function, working with investors and equity research analysts to broaden awareness and understanding of the Company’s investment thesis, financial performance and long-term strategy.

Most recently, Mr. Gitlin served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Marketing at Core Scientific, a digital infrastructure provider for high-performance computing. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Investor Relations at AeroVironment, a leader in intelligent multi-domain robotic systems, uncrewed aircraft and ground systems, sensors, software analytics, and connectivity.  There, he played a crucial role in the company’s IPO and subsequently built and led its investor relations program for over ten years.

Mr. Gitlin earned his MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Joseph H. Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies, both at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
