Keith Burchstead

Keith Burchstead brings 20+ years of HR leadership as Vice President of Human Resources at Karman Space & Defense. He is responsible for HR, Recruitment, People Management, Compensation, Training & Development, Strategic Planning, and Coaching and Discipline. Most recently, he served as Vice President of People Operations at Crexi Inc., a commercial real estate platform. Prior to that, he has held senior HR leadership roles with industry leading companies such as Blackline Systems, Sheppard Mullin Richter and Hampton, and Technicolor. Mr. Burchstead brings deep expertise in scaling high-growth global organizations in software, technology, media, and professional services. He attributes his success over his career on developing people-first initiatives to drive collaboration, inclusion, and exceptional employee experiences.

Mr. Burchstead obtained his bachelor’s degree in Management from California State University of Los Angeles and holds his SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
