Mark Mahboubi is President of Aerospace Engineering Corp. (AEC), a division of Karman Space & Defense. Mr. Mahboubi has over 30 years of experience in design engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies in the aerospace, defense, energy, and space markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in California, reaffirming a strong foundation that has enhanced his extensive knowledge and experience in operational growth, team building, new product development, lean manufacturing, significant EBIDTA improvement, full P&L business, and M&A.

Prior to joining AEC, Mr. Mahboubi was employed at R&B Machine “A BrightWater Partners Company”, STADCO, and Senior Aerospace – SSP Division, with his last 2 roles as President/CEO. He is also a member of Advisory and Development Council of California State University Long Beach, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department.
