Launie Le

Launie Le serves as the General Manager of the Brea and Santa Ana sites at Karman Space & Defense. In this role, she leads the execution of strategic growth initiatives, manages all facets of production, and drives operational excellence across both locations.

With over 17 years of experience in contracts, program management, and production in the Aerospace and Defense industry, Ms. Le brings deep expertise and a results-driven approach that has been instrumental in helping Karman consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. Before Karman Space & Defense’s acquisition of Aerospace Engineering, LLC (AEC) in 2020, Ms. Le held the position of Senior Director of Contracts at AEC. In that capacity, she oversaw contracts, customer relations, business development, and operations, playing a key role in delivering mission success to critical space launch and hypersonic programs.

Ms. Le holds a Bachelor of Science in Arts from the Art Institute of California, has completed courses in government contracting, and is an active member of the National Contract Management Association.
